Product returns within 14 days

The stick, helmet or protective gear does not suit you? No problem. You can return the goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving them.

Prepare the form, proof of purchase and goods

To help us process your return quickly, please include a completed form and a copy of your proof of purchase in the package.

The goods must be unused, undamaged, complete and in the original packaging including tags.

How to proceed with a return?

Follow the steps below. A properly prepared shipment helps us process your return faster.

Step 1

Prepare the documents

Before sealing the package, make sure it contains a completed form and a copy of your proof of purchase, such as the invoice you received by e-mail or in the package.

Tip: If you are returning goods from abroad, please include your IBAN and SWIFT in the form for the refund.
Step 2

Check the condition of the goods

Goods must be returned in their original condition.

Condition unused and undamaged
Packaging original packaging including tags
Completeness including all accessories
Step 3

Send the package to the central warehouse

Please do not send the goods to our retail stores. Send them directly to our central warehouse where returns are processed.

Important: Always send packages without cash on delivery. Packages sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Recommendation: Send the package via registered mail and keep the tracking receipt.

When will I get my money back?

We refund the money to your account within 14 days at the latest from the moment the goods arrive at our warehouse.

Can I return the goods in person?

Yes, you can drop off the goods at our central warehouse or our retail stores in Hradec Králové or Chrudim, but the final processing will be handled by the central warehouse.
