Is something not right? We are sorry to hear that. All new products come with a statutory 24-month warranty. We will do our best to get you back in action as soon as possible.

To help us assess your claim quickly, please include a completed claim form, a copy of the invoice and the most accurate description of the defect possible.

The claimed product must be clean, hygienically safe and complete.

How to proceed with a claim?

Follow the steps below. A properly prepared shipment helps us process your claim faster.

Step 1

Complete the claim form

Download and complete our claim form. Please describe the defect as accurately as possible in the form. This will help us speed up the diagnosis.

Step 2

Clean and pack the product

The claimed product must be free of all dirt and hygienically safe. Otherwise, we cannot accept it for hygiene reasons.

Important: Always send the product complete, not only the damaged part. Include the completed claim form and a copy of the invoice in the package.
Step 3

Send the package to our central warehouse

Send the package to our central address. Please do not send the shipment cash on delivery.

Important information

Good to know

Processing time

We have a statutory period of 30 days to process the claim, but we usually try to resolve everything much sooner.

Updates about the claim

We will inform you about the progress and result of the claim by e-mail or phone.

Do not send cash on delivery

Shipments sent cash on delivery will not be accepted for technical reasons.

Personal handover

You can also submit your claim at our stores in Hradec Králové or Chrudim. The claim will then be processed through the central warehouse in Čeperka.
