The claimed product must be clean, hygienically safe and complete.
Follow the steps below. A properly prepared shipment helps us process your claim faster.
Download and complete our claim form. Please describe the defect as accurately as possible in the form. This will help us speed up the diagnosis.
Download claim formThe claimed product must be free of all dirt and hygienically safe. Otherwise, we cannot accept it for hygiene reasons.
Send the package to our central address. Please do not send the shipment cash on delivery.
We have a statutory period of 30 days to process the claim, but we usually try to resolve everything much sooner.
We will inform you about the progress and result of the claim by e-mail or phone.
Shipments sent cash on delivery will not be accepted for technical reasons.
You can also submit your claim at our stores in Hradec Králové or Chrudim. The claim will then be processed through the central warehouse in Čeperka.
